My Sweet Girl...................

(I found this note by my computer after dropping Faith off at school yesterday. Ohhh my heart just melted. The fact that it was near my computer makes me wonder if she is trying to tell me something!:0)
Faith has such a big heart!! The latest thing in her Kindergarten class with all of the girls are the littlest pet shop toys from Mc Donalds. They all have one hooked to their back packs and every morning they compare them and talk about them. It's really cute. Well, there are twin girls in Faith's class that are being raised by their Grandparents. They had not yet had the littlest pet shop toys until the other morning when they came to school and only one of the twins had one. The girls all gathered around as the Grandmother explained how they went through the Mc Donalds drive thru to bring home their happy meals with their littlest pet shop toys. They had to wait to get home to open them and when they did there was such disappointment to find one of them had the pet shop toy and the other had been given the boy toy by mistake. The Grandmother refused to go back to Mc Donalds for another pet shop animal. So as the girls stood there with one of the twins happily showing off her new pet shop toy and the other sad because she didn't have one, Faith takes her pet shop animal off her back pack and hands it to her friend and says, "Here you can have mine." The little girl was so excited and thanked Faith. Faith smiled and said "your welcome." The Grandmother asked Faith if she was sure she wanted to give away her pet shop animal and Faith says, "sure, she can have it, I have another one at home."
I was so so proud of her. She has such a giving heart. I love how she did not want to see her friend sad and I know it brought her more happiness to see her friend happy than having the pet shop animal.

I was comparing these photos of Faith as she was sleeping at different ages. I love watching her sleep. She looks like an angel............................

I can't believe tomorrow is the first day of Spring! Faith and Reed get out of school early tomorrow and next week starts their month Spring break. Yikes! A month!
I'm not sure how much blogging I'll get around to with them being home. I started a photography blog that I will be posting daily photos on. You can find it here or I have it linked on the side.

Happy Spring!!!!!!!!

What a lovely sentiment and what a full heart your little Faith has! She's precious and it's so lovely to witness how our children, still fairly fresh from Heaven, continually model pure love for us.

Wishing you a wonderful Spring break coming up. A month! Wow, that's a superb amount of time to have some fun!

Thank you for all your kind comments on our blog recently. I'm thinking of you and I love staying connected.

Sending loads of love your way!

That is the sweetest story..my Elisabeth had the same kind of heart as Faith and still does. She would give the clothes off her back to anyone who needed them. God must have great plans for your sweet girl!

Colleen what a beautiful heart Faith has. My girls have so many of those pet shop toys....I just can't imagine the hurt that little girl must of felt when all the other little girls had one. Makes me want to send those twins all of ours. Faith is a special little girl...what a heart of gold!!!!

What a lovely girl Faith is. To have that amount of empathy at such a young age is amazing. Also, the black and white picture of her is absolutely stunning!
