Spring break means:

Lazy mornings curled up on the sofa.........
(yes, Faith still has to have her milk each morning in a sippy cup!)
and afternoons of fun!
Here is my girl! She wanted to wear 2 different bathing suits. And don't you love the ski mask she is wearing as goggles. She cracks me up!!!

We're into our third week of Spring break for Reed and Faith. Surprisingly the weeks are flying by! We have been blessed with beautiful weather which has really helped! (Although that will be changing here real soon) They go back to school next week and then Dean has his break next week. Unfortunately with their breaks at different times we were not able to plan any trips, but we are pulling the three of them out of school for a week in May so that we can wait in long lines and fight the crowds take a trip to "the happiest place on earth!"
Reed has been busy with his friends non stop. The only times I see him is when he is hungry! If his friends are not here he is at their house. He did actually spend a couple of days with us when we went to Chuckee Cheese and to spend an afternoon at the mall.
I have really been enjoying this time with Faith. She is growing up so quickly. It's been nice spending our days together not worrying about getting ready for school. I dread to even think about next year when she will be in school all day!
I've been trying to take a break from the camera these past few weeks and just enjoy the moments. I did manage to sneak a few in of Faith the last couple of weeks.

One morning we pulled out the finger paints before getting dressed or having breakfast.........

Daddy stayed home from work one day not feeling too well. The first thing Faith does as soon as she wakes up is come into our room to say good morning. During the week Daddy leaves for work very early before she is awake so on this morning she was surprised to find Daddy still in bed. When I told her Daddy was staying home because he was not feeling well she ran out of the room and came back dressed like this......

Dr. Faith

She was all ready to take care of her Daddy
(I'm sure Dale will love me posting these photos of him in bed;)

This is how most of Faith's days have been spent.......
Friends+ soap+water+pool+old tarp+sunshine=afternoon full of fun

This old tarp works much better than the slip n slides that fall apart.

This past week-end we went to Muir Woods. I still need to download the photos and get them organized.
I can't believe Easter is this Sunday!! I still have lots to do to get ready for it! Friday we plan to color Easter eggs and take the kids to see the "Monsters vs. Aliens"movie. On Saturday Dean's school is having an Easter celebration with an egg hunt and Easter hat parade. Faith has the sweetest Easter dress and I am SO excited about her wearing it. I was not planning on getting her an Easter dress as dresses are just not her thing, but we were out shopping one day and I spotted a Ralph Lauren dress I fell in love with and she actually wanted to try it on! When she did she looked in the mirror and said, "Oh I love it!" You know I rushed to the check out counter as fast as I could!:) It is very soft and simple and just perfect for her!
Well, I hear the rain pouring down now! Looks like the rest of our break will be spent in doors! :0
