Faith has become quite the Lego builder! She is taking after her big brother Reed. Reed has been building and collecting legos for years now. We are convinced if he continues to do so until he is 18 his entire college education can be paid for by selling his collection:) (those lego sets are not cheap!) Faith started playing with legos about a year ago after coming home from our trip to Legoland. She would play with them every now and then, but lately she has really become a bit obsessed with them! :) I am really impressed with the things she creates from them and the patience she has. She will sit for an hour coming up with something. She even gives them a name which is really cute. When it comes to toys there has not really been many that Faith enjoys playing with. She has always loved books, puzzles, board games, and dressing up but that is about it. So it's been fun watching her enjoy her legos............
Here she is with some of her creations. I took some pictures of them for her and we made a little lego book out of them. She loves looking at it.

She is good!! Nick had always loved legos and still does....you are right, they are not cheap!!
I was always amazed how kids could sit there for hours going through the instuctions page by page to build....a good lesson in patience...especially when you are searching through 500pieces for the tiniest little lego:)
Keep up the good work Faith.....only a couple 100 more sets to go and you will have a dent in that college education!
Lisa
very cute!
These are great, Colleen! You gave me an idea...I should dig out Ryan's legos and see if my girls have an interest in them. What a good Mommy you are to make a scrapbook of Faith's creations!!!
Happy Sunday, my friend!!
Wow! They are so expensive but, obviously, very worth it in Faith's case!
How cute. I love that she names them! Katie-Beth has always been amazing at building things. Her teachers have raved about her lincoln log skills. I just love how similar they are!
Lottie and Emma Jane do not have an interest in legos yet...just pretend play.
I LOVE the idea of the book you made her....you are so creative!!
